Stock items are delivered within 5-10 working days. Custom-made products typically within 4-6 weeks. We always inform you of the exact delivery time in advance.

Yes. On request, we install the complete store fit-out on site — our installation teams work throughout Europe according to a clearly defined installation protocol.

EASYFIX is our patented shelf divider system that speeds up installation and re-merchandising by up to 70% — tool-free and fully reusable. In use at Mix Markt and other large retailers, among others.
We manufacture for most common shelving systems and can also develop profiles for customer-specific systems. Send us a photo or specification and we will create a suitable design.
Yes. We supply ESL rails, holders and complete ESL systems, suitable for both small retailers and chains with hundreds of stores.
Quotations, prices & payment
You will receive standard configurations within 24 hours. For custom projects with a 3D design, it usually takes 3-5 working days.
Yes, all our quotations are 100% without obligation and valid for 30 days. You decide when and how you want to proceed.
Our standard term is 14 days from the invoice date. For larger projects, different terms can be agreed in consultation.
All prices stated are excluding VAT as standard, unless indicated otherwise. Shipping costs are listed separately in the quotation.
Warranty & service
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all products. For custom work and specific product series, this period may differ — this is always stated in the quotation.
Report it within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange replacement or repair free of charge. Please include photos for quick handling.
Yes. After handover, our service team remains available for questions, adjustments and any maintenance of your store fit-out.
