A supermarket chain with locations across the Netherlands and Germany sought a partner who could deliver and install complete retail fit-out — including shelving, customer flow and ESL rollout.

The chain wanted a uniform appearance in all locations, with consistent quality, reliable planning and a single point of contact. Furthermore, stores needed to remain open during renovation.
Onze oplossing
WH Retail delivered complete fit-out: gondola shelving, chrome customer flow systems, Hanshow ESL and full POS materials. Designed as a scalable concept rolled out identically per location, with phased night installation to protect opening hours.
Het resultaat
All locations delivered on schedule. Renovation averaged 6-8 weeks per store, with less than 5% revenue loss through smart phasing.
