Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotes, orders and agreements between WH Retail Service and the customer.

Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

2. Quotes and agreements

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated. An agreement is concluded after written confirmation of the order by WH Retail Service.

Price and specification changes reserved. Colour and size deviations are possible and fall within standard tolerances.

3. Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping and delivery costs are listed separately.

WH Retail Service reserves the right to change prices in the event of changes in exchange rates, raw material prices or taxes.

4. Delivery and transport

Delivery times are indicative and not fatal. WH Retail Service is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the customer at the time of delivery.

5. Warranty

WH Retail Service offers a warranty of 12 months on all products, unless otherwise agreed. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material defects.

Damage caused by improper use, wear and tear or external circumstances is not covered by the warranty.

6. Liability

WH Retail Service's liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7. Payment

Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

In case of non-timely payment, we are entitled to charge statutory interest and collection costs.

8. Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where WH Retail Service is established.
